01 About This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how 619jl ("619jl", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gambling platform at 619jl.net, collects, processes, stores, and discloses personal data relating to registered players, visitors, and other individuals who interact with the 619jl platform.

02 Personal Data We Collect

619jl collects the minimum personal data necessary to provide a safe, compliant, and fully functional online gambling service. The categories of personal data we collect are as follows:

2.1 Registration Data

When you create a 619jl account, we collect: full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number or email address, preferred username, and a hashed (encrypted) version of your chosen password. This data is necessary to create and secure your account.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC) Data

To comply with PAGCOR's Know Your Customer requirements and the Anti-Money Laundering Act, we may request copies of government-issued identification documents, including Philippine passport, UMID, LTO driver's license, PhilSys National ID, SSS ID, or GSIS ID. Selfie or liveness verification images may also be collected through our KYC partner.

2.3 Financial and Transaction Data

We collect records of all deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and bonus transactions processed through your 619jl account. For GCash and Maya transactions, we receive transaction reference numbers and the registered mobile number of the e-wallet. For BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank transfers, we receive account holder names and partial account details sufficient to process withdrawals. We do not store full bank account numbers or card numbers on 619jl servers.

2.4 Technical and Usage Data

03 How We Use Your Personal Data

619jl uses collected personal data exclusively for the following purposes:

619jl does not use your personal data for automated profiling that produces significant legal effects, nor does it use your data to make automated decisions affecting your account status without human review.

04 Legal Basis for Processing

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, 619jl processes personal data on the following legal grounds:

• Consent — you have given clear, informed consent to the processing of your personal data for the specific purposes described in this Policy, particularly for promotional communications and optional features;
• Contractual necessity — processing is necessary to fulfill the contract between you and 619jl, as set out in the Terms & Conditions, including account management, game provision, and payment processing;
• Legal obligation — processing is required to comply with PAGCOR licensing conditions, the Anti-Money Laundering Act (RA 9160 as amended), the Terrorism Financing Prevention and Suppression Act, and other applicable Philippine laws;
• Legitimate interests — processing is necessary for 619jl's legitimate interests in fraud prevention, platform security, and responsible gaming enforcement, provided those interests are not overridden by your data protection rights.

05 Data Sharing and Disclosure

619jl does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share personal data only with the following categories of recipients, and only to the extent necessary for the stated purpose:

5.1 Payment Service Providers

To process GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank transactions, we share the minimum necessary transaction data with our payment processing partners. These partners are contractually bound to process your data only for payment purposes and to maintain appropriate security standards.

5.2 KYC and Identity Verification Providers

To satisfy PAGCOR's KYC requirements, 619jl may engage a third-party identity verification provider to process government-issued ID documents and liveness checks. These providers act as Personal Information Processors under binding data processing agreements and may not use your data for any other purpose.

5.3 PAGCOR and Philippine Government Authorities

As a PAGCOR-regulated operator, 619jl is required to submit player and transaction data to PAGCOR upon request and to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. Disclosures to government authorities are made strictly in compliance with applicable legal obligations.

5.4 Game Content Providers

Game providers such as JILI Games supply the games available on the 619jl platform. These providers receive only the anonymized session and wagering data necessary to operate games and calculate RTPs. They do not receive your name, contact details, or payment information.

When personal data is no longer required for its primary purpose and no legal retention obligation applies, 619jl will securely delete or anonymize the data so that it can no longer be associated with an identifiable individual.

08 Data Security

619jl implements technical and organizational security measures appropriate to the nature of the personal data we process and the risks involved. These measures include:

• Encryption at rest and in transit — all personal data stored on 619jl servers is encrypted using AES-256 encryption. All data transmitted between your device and the 619jl platform is protected by TLS 1.3 (HTTPS);

The 619jl platform is strictly for adults aged 21 years and above, in line with PAGCOR's minimum age requirement for online gambling in the Philippines. 619jl does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 21.

619jl encourages all account holders to keep their login credentials secure and to ensure that minors in their household cannot access the 619jl platform. Device-level parental controls available on Android, iOS, and Windows devices provide an additional layer of protection.

11 Cross-Border Data Transfers

619jl is a Philippines-focused platform and its primary data processing operations are based within the Philippines. However, certain third-party service providers — including cloud infrastructure providers and game content providers such as JILI Games — may operate data centers or processing facilities outside of the Philippines.

Where personal data is transferred outside of the Philippines, 619jl ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and NPC requirements. These safeguards may include:

12 Updates to This Privacy Policy

619jl may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, new regulatory requirements under Philippine law, or changes to the 619jl platform's features and services.

Where updates are material — meaning they significantly affect how we collect or use your personal data, or affect your rights as a data subject — 619jl will notify registered players by email and/or through a prominent notice on the 619jl.net platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Non-material updates (such as formatting corrections or clarifications that do not change the substance of the Policy) may be posted without advance notice.

The "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the 619jl platform after the effective date of any updated Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
