01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 619jl ("619jl", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gambling platform accessible at 619jl.net. These Terms govern your access to and use of all services, games, features, promotions, and content available on the 619jl platform.

By completing the registration process, logging into an existing account, or placing any real-money wager on the 619jl platform, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person or entity;
• You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose the funds you deposit.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with 619jl's Privacy Policy and any specific bonus or promotion terms published on the platform from time to time. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

02 Eligibility

To register for and use the 619jl platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in online gambling activities in the Philippines as mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). 619jl strictly enforces this requirement without exception.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

619jl is licensed to operate and provide services to players physically located in the Philippines. If you are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal or restricted, you are not eligible to register or use the 619jl platform. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of 619jl complies with all applicable laws in your location.

2.3 Legal Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines are not eligible to use the 619jl platform.

2.4 Self-Exclusion Status

Individuals who have previously self-excluded from 619jl or from any PAGCOR-regulated gambling platform, and whose exclusion period has not yet expired, are not eligible to register a new account or use the platform.

03 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 619jl platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, the same IP address, the same GCash number, or the same bank account — is strictly prohibited. 619jl reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to withhold any associated balances pending a compliance review.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number or email address, and any other information requested. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

619jl is obligated under PAGCOR's Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests above a specified threshold. Acceptable identity documents include:

• Philippine passport
• UMID (Unified Multi-Purpose ID)
• Driver's license issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO)
• PhilSys National ID
• SSS or GSIS ID

Failure to complete KYC verification when requested will result in the suspension of withdrawal processing until verification is satisfactorily completed.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 619jl login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether you personally authorized such activity. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 619jl immediately at [email protected].

3.5 Account Closure by 619jl

619jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where 619jl reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or PAGCOR compliance violations. In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds or winnings derived from prohibited activity may be forfeited.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

619jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). 619jl does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not operate USD-denominated wallets.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your 619jl PHP wallet within seconds of authorization. Deposits via bank transfer may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution. 619jl is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal above the applicable threshold is processed;
• All wagering requirements attached to any bonus credited to your account must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn;
• Withdrawal requests are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) review, which may delay processing in certain cases;
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

4.4 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts, as well as daily and monthly transaction limits, are set out in the Payments section of the 619jl Help Center and may be updated from time to time. Players are responsible for checking current limits before initiating transactions.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

619jl offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, time limits, minimum deposit amounts, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal limits.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion's individual terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

619jl employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse. The following activities are considered bonus abuse and will result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in account suspension:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same welcome bonus;
• Coordinated wagering between accounts to artificially satisfy wagering requirements;
• Using bonus funds exclusively on games excluded from wagering requirement contributions;
• Any other activity that 619jl reasonably determines to be an attempt to exploit promotional offers.

5.4 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions

619jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice. Any changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via the 619jl platform.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Random Number Generation

All games offered on the 619jl platform — including JILI slots, live dealer games, fishing games, and bingo — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are statistically random and are not influenced by the size of a player's bet, account history, or any other external factor. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect the actual rates at which the games operate.

6.2 Game Malfunction

In the event of a technical malfunction, server interruption, or connectivity error during a game round, 619jl's gaming system records will be used to determine the outcome of the affected round. Where a definitive outcome cannot be established, the wager for the affected round may be refunded to the player's account. Malfunctions void all related pays and plays.

6.3 Disconnection During Play

619jl is not liable for losses incurred as a result of player-side internet disconnections, device failures, or power interruptions. Players are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection when engaging in real-money gaming. It is strongly recommended that players use reliable connections — such as those provided by Smart, Globe, PLDT, or Converge — when playing for real money.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 619jl platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities where applicable:

• Underage gambling — using or attempting to use the 619jl platform while under 21 years of age;
• Fraudulent activity — including use of stolen payment credentials, fraudulent chargebacks, or misrepresentation of identity;
• Money laundering — using the 619jl platform to deposit, layer, or integrate proceeds of illegal activity in violation of the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended);
• Collusion — coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live dealer or poker formats;
• Use of automated tools — deploying bots, scripts, data scrapers, or any automated software to interact with the 619jl platform;
• Exploiting software bugs — deliberately exploiting known or newly discovered errors in the platform's software for financial gain;
• Account sharing — allowing any other person to access or use your 619jl account;
• Chargebacks — initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or e-wallet provider in relation to legitimate 619jl transactions.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the 619jl platform — including but not limited to the 619jl logo, brand name, website design, game graphics, promotional materials, text, software, and any other materials produced by or for 619jl — is the exclusive intellectual property of 619jl or its licensors (including JILI Games and other game providers).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 619jl platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 619jl content without prior written consent;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used on the 619jl platform;
• Use the 619jl brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation without written authorization;
• Create derivative works based on any 619jl content.

Any unauthorized use of 619jl intellectual property may result in legal action under applicable Philippine intellectual property law.

09 Privacy & Data

619jl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include:

• Personal data is collected for account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and customer support purposes;
• Payment data is processed securely and is never stored as plaintext;
• 619jl does not sell or transfer personal data to third parties for marketing purposes;
• Data may be shared with PAGCOR or other Philippine government authorities when required by law or in connection with regulatory compliance obligations.

10 Responsible Gaming

619jl is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all Filipino players on the platform. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment — not a source of income, a coping mechanism, or a means to recover financial losses.

10.1 Responsible Gaming Tools

All registered 619jl accounts have access to the following responsible gaming tools, available through account settings without requiring contact with customer support:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit;
• Session time reminders — receive notifications after a set duration of continuous play;
• Cooling-off periods — temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks);

10.2 21+ Enforcement

Any account found to be operated by a person under 21 will be permanently closed with no exceptions. 619jl encourages all adult players to ensure that minors in their household do not have access to their 619jl account credentials or devices.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 619jl's total liability to you in connection with the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 619jl account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

619jl shall not be liable for:

• Losses incurred as a direct result of gambling on the platform, including losses on JILI slot games, live dealer tables, sports bets, bingo, or any other game;
• Loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
• Service interruptions caused by events beyond 619jl's reasonable control, including but not limited to typhoons, power outages, internet service provider failures, cyber-attacks, or government-mandated service suspensions;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 619jl's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

12 Amendments to These Terms

619jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 619jl will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via email, on-platform notification, or a notice published on the 619jl.net homepage.

Your continued use of the 619jl platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

The "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable regulations issued by PAGCOR.

13.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute between you and 619jl relating to the platform or these Terms, you should first contact 619jl's customer support team at [email protected]. 619jl commits to responding to all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days and to working in good faith to resolve the matter.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through 619jl's internal process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's Player Dispute Resolution process, as outlined under 619jl's operating license conditions.

13.3 Jurisdiction

Both parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled through the processes described above.
